Black nylon cam cleats, suitable for a myriad of uses, not just on yachts. The CL 11 tube cleat, for example, is often used for fishing outriggers and flag poles. CL12 & CL13 made by CLEVECO. The CL11 made by Burgee. 
 
CL12    3mm to 6mm diameter rope capacity. 83mm x 19mm x 26mm high. Mounting hole centres are 66mm. 
CL13    8mm to 12 mm diameter rope capacity. 108mm x 26mm x 40mm high. Mounting hole centres are 84mm.
